Located along the Mediterranean Sea, the resort town of La Pelosa is known for its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters for snorkeling and diving. There are some lively nightclubs, plus waterfront bars and restaurants with outdoor seating and sea views. In the area there are the ruins of the Pelosa and Falcone towers, as well as the Scogliere di Capo Falcone nature reserve and the picturesque Cala Squalo.
