In the center of the Gulf of Asinara, 44km from Sassari.

One of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is a medieval stronghold characterized by nature, history, artisan and religious traditions. Built around the Doria Castle (1102), current home of the Museum of Mediterranean Weaving, one of the most visited museums in Sardinia.

In 2021 it was home to Walt Disney's "La Sirenetta" film set.
